Interventional Cardiology Opportunity in Ohio - $928k base salary + $100k Sign on Bonus + bonuses

OPPORTUNITY :

Looking for a Board Certified / Board Eligible fellowship trained Interventional Cardiologist to join our well established, hospital employed Heart & Vascular practice.  Providers in the practice include Tarun Nagrani, MD, Jay Hamze, MD, Marion Hochstetler, MD, Jeremiah Martin, MD, Joe Herrmann, DO, Yousef Kaid, MD, Matt Watson, DO, Paul Rase, NP, Amy Spencer, NP, Linda Lester, NP, Amanda Williams, NP, Jade Kirkpatrick, NP, and Becky Kalb, NP.

COMPENSATION :

• Option #1 :   Base salary of $748,530 (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
• Option #2 : Base salary of $928,311 (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU production contract.
• 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification
