As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness, all while involving patients and families in the care process.
