As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, patrol assigned areas, and help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and communication skills will support a secure environment for all personnel. Pay Rate : $20.40 / Hour

Must be comfortable using computers or tablets

Rotating Schedule - Week Days will change monthly (Week days only, no weekends)

What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and observe for unusual activity.

Report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities as required by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.

Maintain detailed records and logs of access control activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
