Summary of Job Duties :

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with prospective students and their families providing exceptional customer service via phone and email and other assignments as designated. This position is governed by state and federal laws as well as agency / institution policy.

Qualifications :

Required Education and / or Experience :

• The formal education is equivalent to a high school diploma or GED;
• Two (2) years of experience in customer service admissions / recruitment or related field.

OTHER JOB-RELATED EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS.
