This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth distribution of products across our network by coordinating setup, forecasting, ordering, and delivery for new, discontinued, and promotional items. You’ll partner closely with internal teams, distributors, and suppliers to improve communication, resolve inventory challenges, and strengthen our end-to-end distribution processes.

Location / Schedule : This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters with a 4-day hybrid in-office schedule.
Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
This position ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of item setup and distribution processes. You’ll coordinate efforts across internal teams and external partners while identifying opportunities to improve communication and streamline operations.
- Coordinate setup, forecasting, ordering, and delivery processes for new, discontinued, and promotional items.
- Review distributor inventory and movement reports to identify supply chain concerns.
- Partner with Category Managers, Procurement Managers, distributor buyers, and suppliers to mitigate out-of-stocks.
- Communicate frequently with internal departments regarding product distribution needs and updates.
- Review and refine data communication between Maverik and broadline distributor systems.
- Develop and manage processes for item authorization, orderability timing, and vendor profile accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for distribution consolidation and efficiency improvements.
- Consult with internal departments on distribution avenues for retail, store supplies, and equipment.
- Support a 24 / 7 operation with occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday work as needed.
You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have :

Pay Range : $80,000–$90,000 + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
