Critical Access hospital, 25 beds

Call Required : Yes

Call Ratio : 1 : 4 during the week. 1-5 weekend (every 5th weekend). Call requires OB

Call starts at 3 PM

Case Mix : OB (less than 400 / year), GS, Ortho(lots of ortho), Endo, POD, Blocks, scopes.

Trauma Level : Level 4 designation

Patient Demographic / Ages : Some healthy peds but no babies, mostly adults.

# of ORs : 3 OR

Support Staff : Traditional OR support staff

Supervision and Ratio : CRNA staffing model

Active License : Active NM, CSR, and DEA

Credentialing Time Frame : 45 days

Certifications Required : PALS, BLS, ACLS
