Team Lead / Retail Service Associate

• Team Lead / Retail Service Associate $17.75 / hour.
• Hours will vary week to week, and you must be willing to work weekends. Store is open Mon-Fri 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Saturday-7 : 30am-5 : 00pm & Sunday 10 : 00am-5 : 00pm. A well-established scrap yard in Spencer, IA is in need of a Team Lead / Sales Associate. Candidate must be responsible and experienced leading a team in a retail environment. Responsibilities include handling opening and closing duties, being comfortable with computers, providing customer service, processing customer transactions, ensuring the store is organized and clean, completing daily tasks as assigned by the manager, and learning basic knowledge of company policies and procedures. Requirements include prior experience as a Team Lead in a retail environment, bilingual skills encouraged to apply, comfort working with / around vehicles and car parts, computer experience, a good driving record and a valid / current driver's license, the ability to work weekends, and heavy lifting of 75lbs or more required.
