• The Field Support Team Lead is a liaison between care center leadership and field employees.
• The role requires a high degree of collaboration with other care center team members including the hiring and onboarding coordinators, the scheduling team, field nurses and care center leadership to maintain relationships with and resolve problems for the field staff.
• The position will also assist care center leadership SRM / DOO in ongoing initiatives and projects.
