• Schedule : (i.e. Starting Spring 2023, 12 hr. shifts, days and / or nigh
• 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
• Family Medicine is housed in a large primary care center
• Patient Center Medical Home Model
• Physician and Advance Practice partnership exist to manage a panel of patients
• Call is 1 : 9 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
• Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
• Opportunity for academic and / or research
