About the Role :

New York Oncology Hematology (NYOH) is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Hematology Oncology team in Albany, NY. In this clinic-based role, the APP will collaborate closely with Oncologists to manage the care of patients with complex blood disorders, providing high-quality, compassionate care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading oncology practice committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and a team-based approach to patient care. Responsibilities include clinical evaluation, disease monitoring, symptom management, patient and family education, and coordination of care. The APP will serve as a direct caregiver and clinical resource, helping to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the overall care experience.

Base Salary Range

between $125,000 - $135,000

About the Practice and their Mission :

New York Oncology Hematology (NYOH) is a large multi-specialty group in upstate New York with six cancer centers around New York State's Capital Region. We have various opportunities, including employment at large comprehensive cancer centers, to small, quaint rural offices. As part of our practice, we provide subspecialty oncology, hematology, stem cell, neuro-oncology, GYN oncology, mobile PET, and Women's Imaging. We are a progressive group and one of the few non-academic sites accredited to perform CAR-T therapy in the United States. Although a private practice, we are the sole hematology / oncology care providers at Albany Medical Center, the largest tertiary care / academic center in eastern upstate NY. As a part of our association, our providers have academic appointments and are proud teachers of medical students and residents. We have a robust research department with phase 1-3 trials (NRG access).
