Practice Areas : Construction

General Liability and Premises Liability Defense

Medical Malpractice Defense

Medical Malpractice / Long-Term Care Facilities

Products Liability

Professional Liability

Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense

Requirements :

• Licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience handling cases in MA state and federal courts.

Excellent research and writing skills.

Strong academic record from an accredited law school.
