Intern, Logistics & Performance Analysis

The Intern, Logistics & Performance Analysis will improve communication, coordination, and efficiency between HGMA and GLOVIS, focusing on logistics operations. The intern's objective is to enhance GLOVIS operations through actionable insights, process improvements, and strong collaboration with port processors and carriers. The position will also develop plans to elevate logistics performance, aligning with both short-range and long-range goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes.

Major Responsibilities :

• Act as the liaison between HGMA, GLOVIS, MOBIS, Port Processors, and Carriers on all logistics and wholesale-related matters.
• Effectively communicate HGMA's objectives to the relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as sales, production, or procurement.
• Develop reporting and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide responsive and accurate ad hoc reporting and analysis upon request.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
