• Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship required

• Level I Trauma Center
• 12 Physicians and 32 CRNAs
• Care Team Model, 4 : 1
• Approx 90% Supervision
• Cases include B&B, general, OB, trauma, interventional radiology, neuro, ortho, ophthalmology, high risk peds and OB, peds urology, peds ENT
• No cardiac or pain
• 1 : 6 beeper backup call - NO IN HOUSE CALL
• Never on 1st call
