Location : Beverly, MA 01915 (North Shore, Massachusetts)

Job Type : Travel Nursing Contract

Start Date : December 15, 2025

End Date : March 14, 2026

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 10-hour day shifts

Hours : 40 hours per week + on-call rotation

Guaranteed Hours : 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2800-$3000

Orientation : Biweekly sessions (12 / 01, 12 / 15, 12 / 29, etc.)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing jobs

BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience

Proven surgical OR experience

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Beverly, MA (no local travelers)

Not employed by Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem in the past six months

Ability to attend scheduled biweekly orientation sessions

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Operating Room

Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures

Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR

Monitor patient status and respond to changes during surgery

Accurately document all aspects of patient care

Participate in on-call rotation as required

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
