Project Director

The Project Director is responsible for leading large-scale projects or multiple projects from inception through completion ensuring delivery in the most effective and efficient manner. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution focusing on operational excellence client engagement and team development

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

Develop and implement execution strategies for design and construction phases.

• Oversee integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget.
• Drive quality safety and compliance across all project activities.

Business Development

Foster and expand client relationships to secure repeat business and new opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted advisor ensuring a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Build and lead high-performing integrated teams including subcontractors and trade partners.
