Summary :

ASMPT in Suwanee, GA is looking for a Warehouse Specialist. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role focuses on operational excellence in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards. Determines and resolves reasons for any delays and inconsistencies and takes action to resolve. Promptly notifies all parties about issues which may affect customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive goods, inspect, count, and record in ERP / WMS against shipping documents; label and storing.
• Pick and pack orders per SOPs; verify accuracy and condition.
• Executes Daily Cycle Count inventory procedures, verifies stock accuracy and process adjustments if necessary.
• Operate material handling equipment safely; maintain 5S standards.
• Upload and Unload trucks, open and close crates.
• Operate forklift.
• Communicate with GSM, Supplier or responsible Management on any issues that require clarification on discrepancies.
• Maintains clean and organized storage / work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Escalating maintenance issues with any warehouse equipment (forklift, drill, ladder, etc.).
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet operational deadlines.
• Ensure proper product handling and storage.
