Compensation :
$80,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
- Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
- Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Draft petitions, discovery, and motions.
- Deposition preparation and taking of depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Handle trial preparation and trials.
- Provide exceptional client service and communication, keeping clients informed at all stages of their case.
