Job Summary

Our client seeks a dedicated Registered Dietitian to provide clinical support and drive sales growth for nutritional assessments and services. The primary focus is on tube-fed patients, both pediatric and adult, ensuring optimal nutrition and service quality. Responsibilities include working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance service reach and community engagement. This person is going to Hospitals to support Pediatric formulas.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Provide clinical support to nutritional assessments of potential and current customers.
• Complete patient assessments on tube-fed patients after discharge.
• Complete pump-fed patient set-ups in the hospital.
• Understand and apply appropriate interview diet history techniques.
• Communicate with physicians or referral sources on customer dietary needs.
• Follow up with new tube-fed patients as assigned.
• Provide information to customers and referral sources pertaining to healthy nutrition.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is obtained and reviewed.
• Work with sales and marketing to increase the number of tube-fed patients on service.
• Provide in-services to target referral sources.
• Perform sales support activities and document them in Salesforce CRM.
• Assist marketing in developing enteral product formularies.
• Recommend and implement clinically appropriate nutritional products.
• Develop and test nutrition education tools for field use.
• Conduct customer data analysis or initial intake.
• Schedule and provide follow-up nutrition educational contacts with high-risk clients.
• Increase community knowledge of the Enteral program through outreach efforts.
• Participate in health fairs and community events.
• Support company marketing efforts through professional organizations.
• Provide regular feedback to the Corporate Dietitian and perform as a backup if needed.
• Perform various tasks as assigned by management.
• Work with a wide variety of formulas including Kate Farms, Nestle, Mead Johnson, Nutricia, and Abbott.
