Travel Medical Technologist - ASCP

Location : Springdale, AR

Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days, 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Wednesday-Saturday (flexibility as needed for coverage)

Experience : Minimum 2 years as a generalist

Requirements :

ASCP Medical Technologist certification

BLS

Must be able to work as a generalist across hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and coagulation

Strong blood bank experience preferred

Experience with Atellica, Sysmex XN, CS 2500, and Cerner strongly preferred

Job Summary :

Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to assist physicians in diagnosis and monitoring of disease states. Follows standardized laboratory procedures, prepares and processes samples, and analyzes results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical values. Requires a bachelor's degree and MT certification. Works with standard concepts and procedures, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish tasks. Reports to a manager or supervisor.
