Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) to join our Nursing Float team in Watertown, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across multiple units, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and excellent clinical skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the supervising RN or physician.
• Assist with wound care, vital signs, and patient hygiene as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Float between various nursing units as assigned, adapting quickly to different care settings.
• Support patients and families by providing education and emotional care.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety procedures.
