Waste Connections has an immediate opening for our Customer Service Representative at our growing Charlotte, NC location! We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused representative to play a vital role in our operations, ensuring thorough, effective, and positive customer interactions.

Our priority is to make sure we hire professional customer service representatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are :

• Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice.
• Accepting payments from customers, researchingcustomer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.
• Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seek cost-effective, safe, environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.
