Entirely vegetarian and 100% gluten free, this fast-casual concept from Edible Beats serves real ingredients and real food in a bright, comfy space brimming with natural accents and large, covered patio

In an industry long known for collaborative teamwork but wage discrepancy, Edible Beats restaurants have taken the long overdue step of including kitchen employees in our whole-house tip pool. We believe this model represents the present and future of the restaurant industry, and rewards kitchen employees for the crucial role they play in our success.

  • Q : What is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)?
  • A : ESOP means all employees are given ownership interest of the company in the form of company shares. There is no financial commitment from employees to own shares, All shares are earned and distributed to employees based on tenure, compensation and other rules and regulations.

We are looking for hard-working, team oriented, and emotionally intelligent individuals who thrive in busy, demanding environments. Candidates should have a strong desire to evolve and embrace the concept that teamwork has no ceiling. Above and beyond anything else, we ask that candidates have a passion and commitment to hospitality and the excellence of the guest experience.This position requires open availability that may include the ability to work opening, closing & weekend shifts. Candidates should be prepared to work 32-40 hours a week.

Starting Wage $20-$24 with tips

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a high volume restaurant environment
  • Background in chef & culinary driven food concepts w / craft cocktail, wine, and beer programs & knowledge
  • Willingness to learn, manage, and communicate extensive ingredient & product knowledge
  • Desire and ability to learn & work multiple positions over time
  • Flexibility to operate comfortably in changing and fluid service environments with a broad range of guest expectations, from casual to fine dining
  • Committed to sustainable waste practices
  • Mindest around learning and personal development
  • Brings energy and a positive attitude
  • Works well collaboratively and individually
  • Strong knowledge of, and commitment to, high-integrity food handling / storage standards & procedures
  • Setting up, organizing, working, replenishing & cleaning a professional workstation
  • Physical stamina to stand & move throughout the duration of a shift
  • Open availability including nights & weekends
  • Must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift
