BRANCH MANAGER

We are looking for a hard charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast growing facility in Memphis. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern US compressed air market. Obviously previous experience in sales management and / or industrial sales is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities :

The selected candidate will :

• Supervise all branch; sales, administrative and service personnel.
• Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.
• Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
• Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines.
• Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all.
