Overview

The CTR Analyst I will review customer cash transactions to determine whether to file required regulatory reports concerning Currency Transactions Report (CTR) and Monetary Logs.

Responsibilities

Currency Transaction Report Duties :

Each day review all transactions on the Daily Teller Activity Report and compare to FIS generated CTRs

• Determine if all required data was captured
• Determine accuracy of data on the CTR
• Follow up with tellers and obtain missing, invalid, or incorrect data and correct data
• Analyze the Daily Teller Activity Report for transactions not identified as requiring a CTR by the teller platform.
• For those identified that require a CTR :

Follow up with tellers to obtain required information

Monetary Logs :

Follow up with tellers to obtain required information
