Job description
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in Apex, LWC, triggers, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee code reviews, enforce quality standards, and manage CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) preferred; strong leadership and communication skills required.
