J ob Objective : Assist with administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or emailPerform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : copying, faxing, mailing and filingProcessing daily invoicing duties, communicating with internal and external customers.Coordinate and communicate customer orders / questions / requests with operations and sales teams.Handle and resolve customer complaintsObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiriesProvide pricing and delivery informationSet up new customersProcess orders, forms, applications and requestOrganize workflow to meet customer timeframesMaintain customer databasesCommunicate and coordinate with internal departmentsProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processManage other tasks (ongoing or project) as deemed necessary by managementWork on special projects as neededMust be able to analyze situations for safety and practicability, and deal with problems involving few concrete variables in fairly standardized situationsMust demonstrate a professional, courteous demeanor to both customers and coworkers and keep safety in mind at all timesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service requiredPrevious experience with order entry management systems requiredExperience using an ERP system (such as SAP) is a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalentSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal & problem-solving skillsExcellent phone etiquetteCustomer-focused & proficient relationship builderProficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to explore and learn other software applicationsAbility to prioritize and manage deadlinesAccuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbout the Company : RelaDyne, Inc. is the established leader in lubricant sales, distribution, equipment reliability services, and value-added services.
