LVN- Shift Care Nursing

Hourly Pay : $ 28 - $ 32 / Hour

Full time and part time schedules available in and near the city of San Bernardino.

Wednes day-Friday 7am-5pm | every other weekend 7am-5pm Highland CA 92346

Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm Highland CA 92346

Weekends 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Yucaipa CA 92373

Tuesdays and every other weekend 10am-6pm and / or Wednesday-Saturday 10pm-8am

Tuesday-Friday 3 : 30p-11 : 30pm and Saturdays 2p-10p (no cats, has dogs in the home)

Monday-Fridays 9 am- 5 pm

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and / or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities :

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care / services in accordance with prescribed orders

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications :

Currently licensed as an LPN / LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.

One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
