Maintenance Coordinator

Responsible for the daily coordination of maintenance service work and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role will manage the maintenance process, coordinate follow ups with residents, and respond to requests in a timely manner. Collaborates with various roles within the company as well as vendors to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently with the customer experience in mind.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
• Manages Corrigo dispatch board and completes turn over services in Corrigo.
• Confirms, schedules and follow ups on all maintenance service request appointments and communicates with residents regarding on hold work orders and service request completions.
• Manages productivity, turn times, and response times for maintenance service requests after move-in.
• Communicates and coordinates work orders with vendors and distributes duties amongst service technicians.
• Manages key logging system.
• Manages the mold remediation process including coordination and communication with vendors, corporate and residents, completing incident reports, following up with the residents, etc.
• Coordinates, schedules and communicates with residents on preventative maintenance.
• Schedules pre-move-in inspection appointments if needed.
• Assists with maintenance related escalations.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations :

Base Pay Start Rate : $30.48
