Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and formulate personalized intervention strategies to help them attain their functional aspirations
• Implement Treatment Modalities : Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and independence in daily activities
• Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Guardians : Guide patients and their families in therapy techniques that support continual advancement at home
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure patient success
