160,000 – $185,000 BASE + BENEFITS

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help maintain and grow the technical systems that support the company’s clinical and operational functions. Whether it’s improving internal tooling or integrating with lab software, your work will be foundational to how health insights are generated and delivered.

You’ll work on a small, focused engineering team that values autonomy, quality, and purpose. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving infrastructure, and aren’t afraid to get into the nitty-gritty when needed, this could be the right fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve core systems that support clinical operations
  • Build internal tools using Python, Django, and web technologies
  • Integrate with third-party lab software and systems (LIMS)
  • Contribute to features and pipelines that support lab workflows and data handling
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, lab ops, and external vendors

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Solid skills in Python and hands-on experience with Django
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward
  • Comfortable working with and improving legacy codebases
  • Bonus : Exposure to lab systems, genomics tools, or LIMS platforms
