Job description

Senior Compliance Professional

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Senior Compliance Professional ensures compliance with governmental requirements. The Senior Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Seeking Senior Compliance Professional to develop and maintain key relationships by working with internal and external business partners to evaluate and maintain compliance.

Efficiently track, report, and communicate all audit information to delegates and required internal departments.

Review and analyze the delegates' policies and procedures as well as to ensure they are compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Issue corrective action plans as applicable. Work with the assigned delegates until the issue has been resolved.

Develop and maintain key relationships with the assigned delegates to optimize business results.

Assist in special projects that promote department efficiency.

Use your skills to make an impact.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5 or more years of demonstrated experience and understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Active RN
  • Graduate or advanced degree
  • Audit or consulting experience
  • Experience with metrics and reporting

    Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

    Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

    Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

    Pay Range : $86,300 - $118,700 per year

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
