Warehouse Order Processor
General Duties & Responsibilities :
- Prioritizes customer goals based on special needs / specifications, ensuring proper staging of the orders to facilitate expedition.
- Have knockout verbal and written skills to communicate with customer service and customers' traffic departments on a daily basis.
- Slam dunk communication with customer service as well as retail services.
- Various other tasks as assigned include but are not limited to the preparation of documents, running excel reports, analyzing spreadsheets.
- Computer skills to access logistics websites of customers to schedule the release and routing for shipments to these customers.
Educational Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Basic computer knowledge.Working knowledge of warehouse management systems such as Manhattan Active preferred. and ability to understand TMSDemonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills.Great organizational skills with a winning record of updating data accurately.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong verbal and written bilingual communication skills.Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps.The ability to work in a warehouse home team environment with a winning set of communication skills.Have your game on to work a shift with overtime, as necessary (i.e., flexible hours & days)Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus.Attention to detail.Ability to stand for 8-10 hours depending on the daily work volume.Ability to regularly lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.Accurately sum up and record data.Other responsibilities as required.
