Job Title : Sr. Technical Program Manager – Digital Experience

Hybrid – Monday / Friday Remote + Onsite 595 Market St. #200, San Francisco, CA on Tuesday / Wed / Thursday - Only W2 Candidates Accepted
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting Digital Experience, mobile app, debt IQ, tool, and all of our login / profile as well which is a complex world of fixes and improvements.
- The team focuses more on the new engaging features, enhancing products, building out improvements to the funnel to get people into Deposit products.
- It's a large part of digital experience but needs a lot of attention for someone to pay attention as a RELEASE TRAIN for these two worlds. Also a lot of small projects, RTB, triage customer issues, and several key projects that may or may not be in these login / profiles areas.
- Need someone who is experienced in running a portfolio - not just in classic waterfall project management.
- Need mindset that this is my portfolio and I support it even if the project doesn't have my name on it.
Requirements
Blend of running a portfolio and project management.Banking apps, mobile apps, etc.Definitely helps to have some banking / fintech background.We're regulated and someone who understands that who doesn't get culture shock, its important.Experience with deposit business and regulatory stuff such as FCCs (heavily incorporated).Education requirement – As long as they are experienced but a BA is preferred.Exp with Tableau or BI is a plus.Even if not in your day job, people lean in to make things happen.
