We are looking for a postdoctoral clinical psychologist who loves working with kids to join our team. ABS Kids Psychologists perform comprehensive evaluations for children aged 2-17 years. We employ dedicated clinicians and provide the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in our work with children and families. ABS Kids offers an opportunity to join our team! Our Psychologists specialize in diagnosing autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary care team, committed to supporting our providers effectively. Compensation And Benefits $65,000 - $70,000 / year, depending on location Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including 401K with match 3 weeks paid time off & 10 paid holidays Flexible schedules Referral bonus program Employee assistance program Continuing education opportunities Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations Complete intake processes and develop evaluation strategies Administer assessments following professional and insurance guidelines Formulate diagnostic conclusions based on collected data Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and timely to caregivers Complete notes and reports promptly Support in-center and community collaboration Meet Board Supervision expectations Participate in clinical case study meetings bi-weekly, leading and presenting cases as required Consult with staff regarding mental health needs of ABA clients and caregivers Ensure smooth referral processes between services and community partners Communicate effectively with caregivers, partners, and providers What We Offer Connection And Support Collaborate with experienced psychology team Training on testing procedures Back-end administrative support for credentialing, billing, etc. Access to a broad network of colleagues via Virtual Office Resources to support your work Career Growth Opportunities to grow professionally within a dynamic company Ideal Candidate PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, in the process of completing postdoctoral hours Testing experience is a plus; training provided if needed No prior experience with children required; training available Experience with autism is a plus but not necessary; training provided About Us We find purpose in the 'wow moments' with children and their families We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment Equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
