Role Summary

Join Associated Bank as a Trust Income Processing Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Trust client accounts. You'll reconcile complex financial transactions, manage income entitlements, and support a variety of Trust operations functions that directly impact client satisfaction and organizational success. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in trust and investment operations within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Accountabilities

Reconcile and determine entitlement for interest, dividends, maturities, and principal payments to ensure timely and accurate client account credits.

Process loan and mortgage setups, payments, and reporting within Trust and Core Bank systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Manage certificate of deposit purchases, redemptions, and renewals, maintaining rate and maturity information for Trust clients.

Oversee proxy material distribution and voting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and client entitlements.

Monitor foreign dividend elections and tax documentation to secure optimal withholding rates and recover reclaims.

Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of money market fund sweeps and daily cash movements.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies with depositories, custodians, or internal systems to maintain balanced and accurate records.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth operations and exceptional client service.

Education & Experience

Required :

Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience

2 years of experience in the financial industry or related field

Preferred :

Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance

4 years of experience in trust operations, banking, or investment administration
