A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage learning programs from design to evaluation and implementation with managerial guidance
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and implement learning interventions
Facilitate ILV / vILT training sessions and stay updated on learning trends and technologies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in developing and implementing learning programs
Experience with various learning modalities including e-learning and ILT
Proficient in instructional design models such as ADDIE
Experience with training facilitation
Interest in employee enablement and performance improvement
