In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and closeout of eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) studies, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. You'll collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Be Doing
Lead all phases of study management : planning, setup, monitoring, and closeoutTranslate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teamsDevelop and maintain study documentation and reportsOversee equipment distribution and data archivingMonitor timelines and manage study budgets, including forecasting and invoice reconciliationIdentify and escalate risks with mitigation strategiesFoster collaboration across internal and external stakeholdersResolve customer issues using structured problem-solving approachesRepresent Project Management in operational readiness for new product initiativesSupport client meetings and sales efforts as neededTrain and mentor new Project Management team membersWhat We Look For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management35 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industryProven expertise in clinical trial operations and eCOA solutionsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking toolsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in EnglishAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
