Shall :

• Execute service contract and provide field service repairs and support for company equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components on Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometers, High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs, Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometers, Ion Spectrometers, TOF Analyzers.
• Make repairs down to board level.
• Service analytical instrumentation from companies such as Agilent, Shimadzu, Dionex, Thermo-Fisher, Waters, etc.
• Educate customers on product superiority, capabilities, maintenance, and operation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment performance and operation.
