About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Mercor, you will build and optimize the backbone of Mercor’s core product : a model that predicts job performance.

Your contribution will play a critical role at helping every company find their perfect candidate, and will empower a billion people to find their next job.

What Are We Looking For?

Previous founding or startup experience

Deep expertise in back-end development (Python / Django)

Extensive experience working with LLMs

Expertise in search or recommendation systems, data classification, or LTR models

Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless willingness to learn

Base cash comp from $130K-$300K
