Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Atrium at Navesink is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

The Atrium is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Red Bank, NJ. We are seeking LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs.

Responsibilities :

Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs.

Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.

Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

Provides emergency response to Independent Living residents.

Assists with employee injuries.

Education and Experience :

High School diploma or equivalent required

Valid LPN License required

CPR Certified

2+ Years experience as an LPN preferred
