LOCUM CRNA in Louisville, Kentucky

- Support Staff : Care team model with 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 medical supervision
- Case Mix : General, major spine, ENT, ortho, vascular, cardiac. No OB, trauma, or peds.
- Credentialing Time-Frame : 60-90 days
- Active Kentucky License : Highly preferred, but will consider providers who need to license while credentialing simultaneously
