Requirements

• Experience :
• 3+ years of LVN clinical experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Certifications :
• BLS
• IV Certification
• LVN License
• Skills Required :
• Outpatient clinic / urgent care experience
• IV starts
• IM & SQ injections
• Vaccine administration
• De-escalation protocols
