The Salesforce Developer will assist in the new development and ongoing support of the Global Salesforce.com environment. This role will work closely with functional leaders, sales team members and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including : Quote-to-Cash, Third-Party Application Integration, Community portals, business process automation and more. This role will interact with users and provide development support. This role will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and configure customized solutions using the full Salesforce toolset including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, triggers, etc.
• Create and maintain Salesforce fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, objects, page layouts, custom objects, and new applications when necessary
• Develop an architectural approach to meet key business objectives
• Write test class code coverage and execute unit tests.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application.
• Quickly grasp project details and proactively dive deep to debug issues.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Work confidently with source code, version management, and code deployment standards
• Collaborate with global teams for delivery across geographies, requiring occasional flexibility with working hours.

Base Pay :

Expected Base Pay Range : $100,000 to $140,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level, and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
