Job Description
This position has the responsibility of processing orders that come into the Phoenix Configuration Center for the VoIP phone project, which is a large initiative that is migrating the administration buildings to VoIP phones. This position also includes accepting orders, clarifying discrepancies with the ECS team, and ensuring all orders are prepared and sent out accurately.
Following established guidelines, responds to telephone inquiries concerning support, processing or request procedures and systems statusReceives and Documents daily and weekly orders, passes information to teammates, and uploads information in to Enterprise Configuration Services websiteRecords inquiries, repair and service requests, resolves request or directs it to appropriate technical area, tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfactionEscalates to senior staff and management when solution is unclear. Reports problems with proceduresMonitors PAC 2000, WANDA, and shared mailed queues for incoming requests throughout the day; prioritizes these requests appropriatelyMust be able to handle a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects and shifting prioritiesMinimum Qualifications :
2 year degree or HS diploma and 1-2 years of experience
Preferred Skills :
General Administrative work, package tracking, customer service skills.
Experience with asset management a plus.Ability to keep management apprised of status on an on-going basisExperience with WANDA and PAC 2000
