Physician Pathology - Competitive Salary

Pathologist needed in Southern Ohio1.5 hours to Columbus & Cincinnati, OHOPPORTUNITY : Option #1 : Base salary of $390,947

• (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additionalcompensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract whenexceeding target.Option #2 : Base salary of $455,922
• (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVUproduction contract.
• 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification - Full time - Permanent - Hospital employed - General Pathology - Cytopathology fellowship is preferred but not required. - Call coverage is 1 : 2
• Anatomic and clinical pathology (AP / CP) board certification required

COMPENSATION : - Option #1 : Base salary of $336,413 (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensationfor experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target. - Option #2 : Base salary of $390,075
