A company is looking for an Intake Durable Medical Equipment Specialist. Key Responsibilities Facilitate ordering and delivery of durable medical equipment (DME) products and services through effective communication with patients and clinicians Process patient information accurately and timely to enhance satisfaction and optimize revenue, including documentation and compliance with payer requirements Maintain knowledge of billing and reimbursement guidelines, and perform tasks with minimal supervision while exercising independent judgment Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of computer functions and basic Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of the medical field, with prior experience in home medical equipment preferred Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
