Role Description

Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network and telecommunication systems across multiple locations. Youll manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VoIP systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient connectivity.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in IT or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in network & telecom administration required
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA preferred
• Strong knowledge of TCP / IP, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VoIP systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team
