Job description
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Navigator Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the pharmacist with customer service inquiries related to pharmacy coverage and benefits
Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from members, prescribers, and pharmacies
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and support quality initiatives for member care
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Pharmacy Technician license or Trainee License in West Virginia
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician through PTCB or NHA
Two years of experience specific to Medicare Part D and pharmacy technician or healthcare-related experience
Associates degree or post-high school education in a science field is preferred
