Job Overview :
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector Level 3 to join our Operations and Manufacturing team. This role focuses on the final inspection of documentation and product files, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards prior to inventory stocking or customer shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in obtaining necessary information to produce professional and comprehensive certification packages.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform final inspections of paperwork / files, including test records, travelers / routers, incoming inspection documents, and product files.
- Utilize and complete inspection checklists to ensure all required documentation is present and accurate.
- Confirm that in-process and finished products meet internal and customer documentation requirements.
- Interact regularly with internal teams to obtain missing or required documentation.
- Create digital certification / documentation packages (up to 500 pages) by compiling test results, inspection records, and other necessary documentation, following customer-specific templates.
- Ensure documentation packages are professional and customer-ready.
- Work from production schedules to prioritize items ready for inspection and shipping.
- Apply sound judgment in resolving moderately complex issues related to documentation and inspection processes.
