The Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in the hospital, overseeing daily operations, supporting an engaged and collaborative team, and ensuring a positive culture built on trust and communication. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the business and people side of veterinary medicinedriving operational success while fostering a healthy, happy workplace.

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop hospital staff through recruiting, training, and mentorship
• Partner with leadership and finance to manage budgets and analyze key performance indicators
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and hospital operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain inventory, safety, and compliance systemsSupport a culture of collaboration, quality care, and continuous improvement

About You

Compensation

$65,000 $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
